I am very much in favor of the ban in Switzerland on minarets and would like to see a ban on building mosques in all non-Muslim countries. In non-Muslim countries, the Muslims should be subjected to the same rules and laws that they subject non-Muslims to in Muslim countries, for example that no religious buildings can be built or repaired, that no religious clothing or religious symbols can be worn in public, that no religious books can be carried or read in public, that proselytizing is against the law, that praying in public is illegal, etc.; kind of like a form of reverse sharia.
The only thing of concern about this development is the Muslims’ ridiculous outcry of offense and attempts to defeat the ban. The Muslims use thses minarets to broadcast their calls to prayer five times a day over electricly amplified loudspeaker, disturbing all the non-Muslims in the area, and disturbing the peace. They do this to assert the dominance of islam in a country as they work to take it over. I might also point out that you won’t find a single church, temple, or religious building of any kind except a mosque in any Islamic country. It’s time we gave them a good taste of their own medicine.
